How do I know if my Honesty Box is working when I’ve set it up?
If you have set up your Honesty Box following the steps on setup card included with your device, and your Honesty Box is plugged into your router / modem (and both of them are turned on), you can assume that your device is working.
When we run tests on your broadband performance, we can tell if your device is working or not. If it isn't working, you will initially receive an email letting you know that your device isn't online. If it is still not working, we will contact you directly to let you know.
Don’t forget that both your Honesty Box AND your router / modem need to be plugged in and turned on at ALL TIMES.
